Marketing communications evangelist with more than a decade of experience across luxury hotel brands. Adept at facilitating integrated communication campaigns, media + influencer engagement, marketing strategy, financial planning, ROI analysis, brand marketing, communications, digital marketing, food & beverage marketing, events and partnerships, online reputation management, content creation, social media + digital marketing and everything in between.

Pursued Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the Birla Institute in Noida, India. Pratiti followed her dream of building a career in hospitality with her first job at ITC WelcomHeritage Hotels, where she managed the 67 heritage hotels and set up the marketing division at the Delhi office. This role helped her understand the nuances of hospitality and she was fortunate to join the pre-opening team at Jaipur Marriott – the first Marriott hotel in Rajasthan. Post a successful launch of the hotel and many milestones later, she joined the Hyatt Regency Chennai. After several special projects and many pre-opening support assignments, she decided to pursue a pre-opening assignment and moved to Delhi as Cluster Director overseeing Andaz Delhi – the first Andaz brand hotel in India and Grand Hyatt Gurgaon (pre-opening).

She is currently on the GM development track with Hyatt and working towards a career in hotel operations.

Amidst the pandemic, Pratiti launched her passion project – “The Homegrown List” – a community initiative to support local craftsmen and artisans in India. In addition to her marketing communications role, she is a part of the Hyatt Inclusion and Diversity India resource group wherein they have been spearheading initiatives under Women at Hyatt, LGBT and other groups.
