Phyllis is a communications leader with extensive experience from both industry and consultancy settings. She is currently the Vice President, Corporate Communications at Marsh Asia where she is set to build the corporate communications function to strengthen thought leadership of Marsh in risk management and drive employee engagement internally.

Prior to joining Marsh, she led the healthcare practice of Omnicom Public Relations Group (Singapore), managing a team to drive campaigns across health and wellness, pharmaceutical and health technology industries. As an experienced judge of industry awards, she has been appointed as a juror for for several well-known healthcare awards.
