With 25 years of communications experience, including 14 years at IHH, she sits on the senior management team and steers stakeholder engagement and strategic communications to build trust, strengthen corporate reputation and enable sustainable growth across diverse geographies. She leads a high-performance, multi-market team adopting a 360 integrated model that leverages earned media and owned platforms to sharpen positioning, elevate thought leadership, and translate business strategy into clear messaging for leaders, employees, partners, regulators, and communities. Highly effective in complex matrix environments, Janet brings clarity and alignment across diverse markets and teams and is recognised as a relationship builder who connects stakeholders around shared purpose and measurable outcomes.

In 2025, Janet led IHH’s pivotal corporate rebranding, unifying the multinational network under a more cohesive identity and reinforcing its “Care. For Good.” aspiration, anchored in integrated, value-based care enabled by innovation and partnerships. She also conceptualised and launched IHH FutureHealth.Now, the Group’s inaugural healthcare leadership conference, convening leaders across healthcare, government and business to tackle system-level challenges and catalyse collaboration. Her remit includes change and issues management, and advocacy to shape enabling regulatory and business environments. Earlier in her career, she had communications and public affairs roles with the Singapore Police Force, SingHealth and A*STAR.
