With over 15 years of experience in healthcare communications and branding, she strengthens the hospital’s reputation, culture and engagement by shaping narratives that capture the heart behind the hospital’s work

Gayle has driven milestone projects including the Hospital’s 180th Founder’s Day celebrations featuring an original TTSH Musical co-produced with veteran actress Tan Kheng Hua. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she guided the internal communications team in rolling out digital solutions such as a no-code chatbot to keep the 10,000-workforce connected. Her efforts have played a key role in enhancing employee engagement at TTSH, contributing to the organisation’s strong reputation for its internal communication and staff experience initiatives.
