Chorfa Yuktanun is Chief Marketing & Customer Officer. She is responsible for all aspects of Generali’s marketing efforts. She brought together traditional marketing functions such as creative, PR & medias, partnerships and experiential marketing with customer experience, retail and product design, customer science and insights, corporate communications and social responsibility all under one roof to drive economic efficiency and global presence. Chorfa joined Generali Thailand in 2017 and has been Generali’s Thailand talented management with a strong champion for women’s leadership and diversity. Chorfa’s background includes over 20 years of agency and corporate-side experience including various leadership positions held at leading global advertising agencies in Thailand.
