Kenneth Ng

General Manager,Communications and Public Affairs

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority

Kenneth Ng has been the General Manager, Communications and Public Affairs at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since September 2021. He oversees external and internal communications, corporate affairs, media relations, crisis management, community relations and public engagement of the Authority to support its strategic vision and build its positive corporate image locally and globally.

Kenneth was the Political Assistant to Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs at the HKSAR Government from September 2017 to August 2021. Between 2006 to 2017, he was a reputed political journalist and programme host in Hong Kong.

Kenneth received his Bachelor’s degree in Social Science with a major in Government and Public Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2006 and a Master’s degree in International Development at the University of Bristol in 2010.
