Citra is the Head of Digital Marketing Communication Strategy at PermataBank. She is responsible for all digital marketing initiatives, from campaign management for all products bank wide to the implementation of marketing technologies.

Prior PermataBank, she worked in Garuda Indonesia handling eCommerce and Marketing units. During her time in Garuda, she lead the team to create the biggest online travel fair in Indonesia.
