Michelle Kan is the Head of Marketing for SOGO Department Stores Hong Kong. Before joining SOGO, Michelle held positions at multinational retail and consumer brands, such as Estee Lauder Companies, Shilla Travel Retail, Samsung Group, and Sun Hung Kai Property.

Before joining in-house, Michelle worked at 4A agency for various global consumer brands like Heineken and Coca Cola.

Michelle had earned awards for multiple industry-wide campaigns, including Excellence in Public Relations and Best Digital
Idea awards from Marketing Magazine in 2015 for the innovative rebranding campaign “The Power of Red” targeting a younger segment. In addition, Shilla Duty Free Hong Kong was named “Airport Retailer of the Year” and “Asia Pacific Travel Retailer of the Year” in 2019 at the Frontier and DFNI-Frontier Awards for its innovative “experiential retail” concept.
