Rishab is an award-winning brand builder and business leader at P&G. He believes that transformative brand building is founded on consumer obsession and an entrepreneurial mindset that is always looking for better ways of doing things. With more than a decade of experience across multiple brands in P&G Beauty, he has designed and launched new brands, won numerous advertising awards on his campaigns, led organisations, and on-ground business delivery for markets across Asia Pacific.

Rishab is passionate about organisation culture and capability transformation. Currently, he is the Regional Head of Marketing for P&G’s Haircare portfolio in Japan & Korea, leading innovation, commercialisation, media, and culture-shaping conversations for iconic brands such as Pantene, Head & Shoulders and more. He is also the Singapore Campus leader for the P&G Brand community and an active student mentor. Outside of work, Rishab is a husband, father and member of a rock band.
