Lynn is the Senior Director, Loyalty and Marketing for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Asia Pacific. In this role, Lynn is responsible for driving customer loyalty as well as revenue generation activities in the region, including brand performance, loyalty engagement as well as social and digital strategies.
Lynn joined Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in 2016 and initially led the Loyalty and Marketing function for South East Asia & Pacific Rim region and drove several successful brand and loyalty campaigns.
Prior to joining Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Lynn held various loyalty and brand marketing roles across hospitality chains, financial institutions and was also part of the pre-opening loyalty team for an integrated resort in Singapore.
Off-work, Lynn enjoys hiking and watching movies with her family where she can spend quality time with them.
