As Head of Consumer Brand Marketing at Visa, Karen McGregor champions Visa’s strategic brand evolution efforts, and provide strategic leadership across brand, campaign, content and media. Before this, Karen headed marketing for Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand (SMT) won both marketing excellence and brand awards (including the MARKies!).
Before Visa, Karen was Senior Vice President, Regional Digital & Retail Marketing, Consumer Banking Group, DBS Bank. In that role, she supported the digital transformation of the bank’s consumer business, and led the roll out of successful data-driven digital marketing strategies for numerous retail banking products. Karen brings over 25 years of experience, and has held marketing leadership roles across Asia Pacific and the United States at Standard Chartered Bank, Publicis Group, LINC Media, and The Direct! International.
