As a passionate brand champion, she has uplifted brand awareness and brand consideration for John Hancock, Manulife and China Taiping Singapore. Her current role at China Taiping Singapore covers branding, communications, social media, public relations, event management, CSR, digital marketing, customer campaign and customer experience.

A strong believer in listening to customers and delivering unsurpassed customer experience, Cindy had set up an online interactive community designed exclusively for customers to voice opinions, ideas and suggestions about products and services.
