Sahil Sethi is a high performing experienced marketing and business executive with proven success in strategic marketing, brand building, market segmentation, and growth strategy.

With deep understanding of Asian consumers through diverse experience of categories, he has led the marketing function for Procter & Gamble across Malaysia, Singapore & Vietnam since July 2020, along with the Beauty business in these markets.

Joining P&G since 2011, in his various leadership roles at P&G, he has got extensive experience in leading diverse brands and businesses spanning across various categories (Hair Care, Skin Care, Personal Care, Home Care, & Food) and all major Asia Pacific markets. Prior to the current role, he was leading upstream brand innovation design for Head & Shoulders and Rejoice, APAC markets.

He is an active and committed leader with expertise in building, coaching and driving teams. He firmly believes in developing talent & teams that leads to growing business.

Sahil graduated with a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, and holds an MBA degree in General Management from India’s prestigious MBA University- IIM, Ahmedabad.
