With over 16 years of regional consumer marketing and brand leadership experience, Karin stewarded the growth of major FMCG brands like Strepsils, Gaviscon, Durex, Scholl, Veet, Harpic, TEFAL, WMF, Kao and many others.

Throughout her marketing career, she successful launched new products through innovative omni-channel campaigns covering above-the-line, below-the-line, and digital media channels.
While helming Durex in Malaysia and Singapore at Reckitt Benckiser, Karin’s team clinched several prestigious national awards—the Best PR Campaign Gold Award, Corporate Social Responsibility Award, Public Affairs Award, and Excellence in Public Relations (Bronze Award). Recognising her significant contributions, Reckitt accorded her the Inspiration in Action Award and Think Bold and Beyond Award.

Head-hunted to grow Eagle Brand Medicated Oil as the Regional Head of Marketing & eCommerce during the pandemic period, Karin presently oversees its international and local expansion across Singapore, South East Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia and US.
