With 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Serena Mazlan has an intimate understanding of the various facets that need to be addressed when it comes to introducing, selling, and managing expectations for customers who are often making the second biggest purchase of their lives. In her current role as Head of Marketing & Resource for After Sales at PROTON, she is tasked with formulating new channels and campaigns to improve the after sales experience to help attract new brand loyalists and keeping current owners satisfied. Having cut her teeth at UMW Toyota for 14-years where she was involved in product planning and project management, she knows what elements are needed for a product to have mass market appeal and knows what is needed for a successful marketing campaign.
