Nancy is the Chief Marketing Officer of XCL Education Malaysia, one of Malaysia’s largest and most diverse education group which owns Sri KDU Schools, REAL Schools, REAL Kids and Cambridge English For Life, and have been providing for exceptional educational experiences to over 20,000 students in Malaysia.
With over 27 years of work experience in property development, retail, telco, F&B as well as the advertising industry, she has led numerous branding initiatives and implemented trendsetting marketing strategies to successfully grow brands and market shares.
Prior to joining XCL Education Malaysia, Nancy worked with the BRDB Group, Lendlease Developments on the TRX project and the Pavilion Retail Group in the development of unique positionings and strategic marketing for their various property and retail assets. Prior to that, she spent 11 years of cumulative experience in B2C and B2B marketing for telco giants such as TIMEdotCom, DiGi and MAXIS. Nancy also had a stint as a cafe owner and entrepreneur, after spending 6 years at the start of her career in advertising at McCann Erickson, Dentsu, Young & Rubicam and Peter Beaumont & Friends.
A strategic marketer who believes in doing things differently, she relishes in creativity with an unconventional approach but maintains the need to stay relevant. She believes in lifelong learning and that change is the only constant.
