Firdaus Ishak is a rising figure with over seven years of experience in creative, digital marketing and social media. Starting his career as a creative lead before expanding his roles and specializing in digital marketing and social media, Firdaus Ishak oversees the overall digital platforms, including the corporate website, mobile application and social media. As a creative, digital and social media professional, Firdaus Ishak was recognized as a finalist for the best employee award at Etiqa for his significant contribution to increasing brand affinity through digital platforms. Under his leadership, Etiqa became the top company for the highest Share of Voice (SOV) in the insurance and takaful industry. Having previously been the creative lead at Etiqa, Firdaus Ishak now heads the digital and social media unit at Takaful Malaysia.
