Jack Wong started off in HSBC heading the Digital Messaging Experience and Sales team which shortly led to an expansion in role; including leading the Customer Experience and Customer Lifecycle Management team.

He has extensive cross-industry experience in digital marketing, CRM and brand strategy for industries which includes FMCG, Telecommunication, Broadcasting and Financial.

He is experienced in creating end-to-end digital products and leading marketing initiatives for global and local brands which include Pall Mall, Vogue, Ford, Marlboro, Pepsi, Lipton, Revive, Mountain Dew, Celcom and Astro

Prior to HSBC, he held the position of Head of Consumer Brand and Digital Marketing in Celcom Axiata. He was responsible in building brand and growing market share; creating the most relevant and engaging experiences for targeted customers, while continually building innovative digital solutions to create customer value.
