She is responsible for spearheading the marketing, communications, philately and sustainability functions with focus on strengthening Pos Malaysia’s brand equity through innovative brand engagement initiatives and revenue generation activities. With Pos Malaysia, she is passionate about building trust to connect lives and businesses for a better tomorrow.
Fiona holds an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University majoring in Marketing and has over 25 years marketing and communications experience spanning the finance, education, logistics and hospitality industries with great brands like Hyatt, Prudential and DHL.
