She successfully established a new marketing communication team structure in response to the challenges posed by the pandemic. In her role, she oversees various responsibilities, including public relations, marketing strategies, digital initiatives, event management, and the design team for the group’s dining brands.

Before joining the F&B industry, Vincci gained valuable experience working with renowned fashion, beauty, and luxury brands in Hong Kong and China. This diverse background has equipped her with a comprehensive skillset, enabling her to excel in her current position.
