As Director, Customer Experience and Marketing at Lalamove, Quincy Yip oversees a range of functions including customer experience, growth marketing, brand positioning, public relations, social media, and content strategies across Lalamove’s 12 markets  in Asia and Latin America.

By leveraging his expertise in customer insights, Quincy integrates marketing initiatives with a strong focus on enhancing the overall customer journey. He guides his team to develop strategies that not only drive business growth but also strengthen brand affinity, using  data to continuously improve user experience and engagement.

Prior to joining Lalamove, Quincy honed his skills and knowledge at global and regional roles. He was Director of Operations Planning and Services at Klook, where he managed global operations and enhanced services across functions. Before that, Quincy also took up various commercial, operational, and management roles at Cathay Pacific for 12 years, navigating diversified and cross-region operations.
