Michelle Wong is the Regional Brand and Communications Director – Maje and CLAUDIE PIERLOT in SMCP Asia Limited with +10 years of experience in brand marketing.
Michelle has over a decade of experience driving 360 brand communications strategy between the headquarter and business units. Before taking the new role in SMCP Asia Limited, Michelle was leading the Marketing & Communications Department in the Rest of Asia headquarters, including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. She led the launch of the regional Loyalty Program retention of up to 50% YTD increase in database for the brands.
In her current role, Michelle also has experience in digital marketing to enhance brand desirability through the 360-communication plan. She leads the team to plan and manage the campaign on the digital platforms as well as TMALL collaborations and live-streaming events in Mainland China.
