Lit Luk is currently the Marketing Director of Greater China and Korea at global FMCG Manufacturer, Clorox. In this role, she spearheads brand strategy, innovation, and development for notable brands such as Glad, Clorox, Burt’s Bees, and various pet care brands.
With a strong focus on driving growth and establishing new business ventures, Lit has navigated both corporate and startup environments. During her tenure at Clorox, she led the set up of Clorox Korea branch office, elevating Burts Bees to be no.1 lip balm in Olive Young, developed Glad to be the fastest growth innovative in Korea eCom space and set up China eCommerce team, which positioned Ever Clean among the top cat litter brands on platforms like Alibaba and JD.com.
In 2021, Lit joined Foodpanda, where she led the quick commerce retail business in Hong Kong, overseeing initiatives like the foodpanda mall and the grocery dark stores, pandamart. Under her leadership, Hong Kong eCom team became the first market to achieve breakeven gross profit per order while delivering notable GMV growth in the APAC region.
Beyond her professional achievements, Lit is passionate about food sustainability. She believes in the importance of connecting with nature and local communities to redefine the value of food. She co-founded a community project, aimed at fostering community engagement through local farm education events, driving local farm produce valued and accessible in Hong Kong.
