Leon Dorai is infatuated with all things product-related. In his current role as Assistant Vice President of Product Positioning at FWD Group, he spends his days (and occasionally nights) immersed in product strategies, product propositions and product storytelling. He is responsible for enabling the 10 markets that FWD operates in to deliver more customer-led, brand-aligned and commercially-sound product positioning.
Prior to FWD, Leon spent 18 years in advertising in global and regional roles across the FMCG, telecommunications and automotive industries. Through the years, he has won effectiveness and creative awards in both Hong Kong and Malaysia. He also possesses a degree in Chemical Engineering.
