Kennis Ng

Head of Marketing Communications

With over 28 years of extensive experience in marketing, Kennis Ng currently serve as the Head of Marketing Communication at ExxonMobil Hong Kong. Throughout her career, she has developed a proven track record of driving strategic, high-impact marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and engagement.  She has also handled global project to launch a financial and creative workflow system for Asia Pacific Marketing and manage agency fee negotiations for an efficient agency team structure.

In her role, Kennis lead teams of talented creative and media agency professionals responsible for developing and executing company’s external communications across all digital and traditional channels. This ensures communications support ExxonMobil’s global brand promise with a coherent go-to-market communications strategy.  This includes executing an integrated communications plan to manage online and offline platforms such as social media, impactful outdoor media buy, influencer partnerships to expand reach and build credibility, producing compelling marketing collateral, website and app communications and creating innovative activation campaigns that engage our consumers and foster brand affinity.

Kennis excel at translating complex consumer research and loyalty data and insights into cohesive, audience-centric marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. Beyond her marketing role, Kennis is passionate about sharing her knowledge to mentor and add value for others.  She leverages her extensive marketing expertise to benefit the organisation and onboard new marketers around Asia Pacific, building a sustainable marketing foundation for the company. 

Outside of work, Kennis has a diverse set of lifestyle passions. She enjoys the creative process of experimenting with new recipes and flavors in the kitchen. Travel is another major interest and hobby, allowing her to experience different cultures and cuisines.
