Analytical, strategic while passionate about consumer insights, she loves challenging brands and teams to take the unconventional path and bring long-lasting business impact.
Currently serving as the Marketing Director of Abbott Nutrition, Karen is leading the entire brand-building, ethical marketing, cross-border demand generation, digital and CRM transformation efforts. Outside of work, she also volunteers as a judge at the Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge and had been a business mentor for digital as well as social start-ups.
