Igor Lau is the Head of Marketing at Mox Bank, a virtual bank backed by Standard Chartered in partnership with HKT, PCCW and Trip.com. He leads the strategy formulation as well as execution for all marketing activities spanning across brand, product, and customer communications. Together with his team, he has a mission to not only earn market share for Mox, but also win “heart share” and deliver a whole new, digital and personalized experience to empower Hong Kong consumers.
Igor has nearly 20 years of integrated and digital marketing experience across financial, travel, hospitality and healthcare sectors. Prior to his current role, he was the Digital Experience and Member Engagement Head at Asia Miles, with responsibility for member life cycle management as well as oversight of the company’s digital touch-points and marketing technologies.
