Under her leadership, AXA has become a leading brand in the market and won a number of awards for their efforts in brand & advertising, customer experience, CSR and marketing.

With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Wong has held roles in marketing, digital & data, strategy, customer experience and sales management in the banking and insurance industries. She holds a BA with honours in business economics and organisational behavior & management from Brown University in the US.
