Agnes Tse is the Senior Director of BCT Financial Limited (“BCTF”), overseeing Marketing and Customer Development Management. Together with Bank Consortium Trust Company Limited (“BCTC”), BCTF forms part of BCT Group which is a leading provider of MPF/ORSO products and best-in-class asset servicing for investment funds and pensions.

Agnes held various senior roles prior to joining BCTF. She is a veteran in retail banking industry who has a proven track record of success with more than 20 years of financial leadership experience. With her in-depth knowledge and extensive experience spanning across Fintech, digital solutions, business development, brand building, marketing, e-commerce, risk management and customer relations, Agnes has successfully launched various industry first campaigns that rocked the market. Her blend of aspiring and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer engagement and loyalty, product innovation, branding and marketing helps drive the digital business forward in response to changing market needs whilst uplifting customer journey at every stage.
