Ms Jean Choi is the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Mandai Wildlife Group. In her current role, she oversees the implementation of global sales and marketing initiatives. She is charged with driving the overall revenue and visitorship growth for the precinct, Destination Marketing channel development through trade and membership acquisition as well as creating new experience offerings anchored on conservation and sustainability for the consumer and corporate segments.
She joined Mandai Wildlife Group in November 2016. She has over two decades of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. She started her career in Boston, United States with Le Meridien. Following that, she held leadership roles in the travel and hospitality industry with Marriot International, Montigo Resorts Nongsa and Resorts World Sentosa where she helmed the International Leisure division, overseeing a team of 50 individuals across five regional offices.
She believes that people are key to the success of an organisation. With that in mind, she is passionate about cultivating a positive company culture and investing in the development of individuals to build strong effective teams. She describes herself as a creative, dynamic and entrepreneurial self-starter with high energy and infectious enthusiasm and optimism.
