With 25 years of hospitality experience notably in hotels, themeparks and also in the retail industry , Michelle has helmed roles from marketing communications, branding, business development and Head of Marketing and Sales for renowned brands in Malaysia such as Hotel Nikko, InterContinental Kuala Lumpur, Saujana Hotels and Resorts, Sunway Lagoon to BV Hospitality overseeing a portfolio of hotels, waterpark, travel agency, chartered flights, cruises. She is also the consulting Director of Sales and Marketing for Spa Ceylon Malaysia with a restructuring and strategic business planning role.

Her extensive experience and background includes strategic business planning, media relations, digital marketing ie website development, blog creator, chatbot ideation, social media content creator, business partnerships, affiliate marketing to creative campaign concepts to drive revenue. Michelle’s proven track record of high energy, motivation, team-building and sheer passion for results has led to businesses garnering numerous national and international awards and accolades.
