Jennifer is an FMCG marketing professional with extensive experience in brand building, marketing communications, product development and e-commerce optimisation. In her current role, she leads brand and strategy development for Feminine Care brands—including the iconic Kotex brand—across key markets such as Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Greater China, Indonesia, and South Korea.

Across her career, Jennifer has worked closely with e-commerce teams to drive in-portal commercial development and search optimisation, ensuring brand and product experiences are well-suited to digital retail environments. In her recent role, she also partnered with markets such as Indonesia on e-commerce-led commercial development, as well as packaging design that better meet the needs of online platforms and consumers.

She previously served as head of marketing at Kimberly-Clark Hong Kong, overseeing well-known brands including Kotex, Huggies, and Andrex. Throughout her career, Jennifer has led high-impact campaigns and product launches that consistently deliver strong consumer engagement and business results.
