Steve Romasanta is the Senior Director of Beverages Marketing for the Pepsico Asia Business Unit. He leads Strategic Development, Innovation and Marketing programs for all Pepsico Beverages which includes Carbonated Softdrinks (Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Mirinda, 7Up), Energy (Sting, Rockstar), Hydration (Gatorade, Aquafina, Revive) and Juice (Tropicana). He oversees a diverse range of markets in the Asia Region comprising the 10 ASEAN countries and North Asia (South Korea, Japan and Mongolia). He has been with Pepsico for 19 years. Previously, he worked with Levi Strauss Philippines as Brand Leader for the flagship Levi’s brand. He started his Marketing career with Unilever Philippines with category experience in Hair, Skin, and Home Care working on brands like Rexona, Axe, Lux, Sunlight and Surf detergents.

His hobbies and passions include visiting Theme Parks across the world, building Legos, and anything to do with Star Wars and Harry Potter!
