Shalini has worked across multiple Personal Care, Beauty, Baby and Home Care brands in South East Asia, South Asia, the US and Africa. She has a successful track record in leading innovation, turning around businesses, managing P&Ls, leading through transformation and crafting award-winning communication.

She has been recognised internationally for her work on impactful and award-winning campaigns across several major categories.

She started her career in Sri Lanka, and has worked and lived in Singapore, Vietnam, the USA and Ethiopia. After 18 years at Unilever, Shalini now leads the Baby and Child Care segment for Kimberly-Clark.
