As Chief Marketing Officer of MSIG Asia, Rebecca Ang Lee leads the Brand, Communications & Sustainability functions in the region where she is responsible for formulating strategies and governance on corporate branding, corporate communications and sustainability priorities. Overseeing 14 markets, some of her outstanding successes include refreshing the MSIG brand identity, establishing marketing excellence and driving the business’ sustainability efforts in the region.

In 2020, under Rebecca’s leadership, the company’s regional brand campaign “Protecting biodiversity is the insurance for a sustainable future” was conceptualised and subsequently won several awards in 2021 such as “Marketing Campaign of the Year” at InsuranceAsia News’ Awards for Excellence, “CSR Initiative of the Year” at Insurance Asia Awards, and “Gold Winner – Best Use of CSR” at The Loyalty & Engagement Awards by Marketing-Interactive. Rebecca herself was also awarded the Gold Winner for Marketing Leader of the Year at Marketing-Interactive’s Marketing Excellence Awards last year.
