Monica has over a decade of experience in hospitality and F&B marketing, leading multiple transformative projects across hotels and restaurants. As Director of Marketing Communications at Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore, she oversees the marketing and communications functions and spearheaded the aparthotel’s complete rebrand in 2022. Previously, at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road, she played an integral role in driving the marketing strategy for a multi-million-dollar hotel transformation, redefining the brand and enhancing guest experiences. Earlier, she led the brand refresh for The Marmalade Pantry, a staple of Singapore’s dining scene since 1999.
