Before joining Kingfisher, Luke spent over 25 years in advertising. His most recent position was as the Global CEO of Iris Culture, and the Regional CEO of Iris APAC, where he worked with some very smart people to help the biggest and brightest brands play an active role in culture.
He has spoken at global events and has judged many awards for effectiveness and creativity.
