Joyce Yao is a seasoned hospitality marketing and communications professional with more than 18 years of experience across brand communications, digital marketing, partnerships and social media strategy.

With a penchant for storytelling and practical, results-driven approach, Joyce has built her career shaping compelling brand narratives for established hospitality brands, including Conrad Centennial Singapore, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore.

In her current role as Director of Marketing Communications at York Hotel Singapore, Joyce leads the hotel’s end-to-end marketing communications function, covering brand positioning, media relations, digital and social content strategy, partnerships, corporate identity and reputation management.
