With over 30 years of experience in communications and marketing, Joyce is a C-level business partner who drives communications strategies in line with the corporate vision to heighten awareness, influence perspective, and strengthen a competitive position. She is currently the Head of Communications at Farrer Park Hospital, responsible for public relations, crisis communications, digital marketing, partner, and corporate marketing.

Joyce has diverse industry experience having led regional public relations, branding, and marketing at Seagate Technology, Brocade Communications, and Aztech Systems. She joined healthcare sector in 2014, starting at Mount Alvernia Hospital and now at Farrer Park Hospital. Joyce graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s in Mass Communications from Nanyang Technological University.
