With over 10 years of experience, Gladwin is a proven digital marketing leader with a track record of driving growth and achieving outstanding results. He is a results-oriented professional who has worked in both digital marketing agencies and in-house marketing teams across various tech start-ups, including HealthTech, EduTech, and FinTech.

As the VP of Growth at Crimson Education, he leads a team of 20+ performance marketers across more than 10 countries. Under his leadership, the team has consistently exceeded revenue and ROAS targets for consecutive fiscal years. He has demonstrated strategic thinking and an analytical mindset by optimising campaigns and leveraging data-driven insights to improve ROI and grow paid digital revenue. Gladwin was also the founding member of this newly formed team. In just three years, he has helped grow the team’s annual revenue and size by over 10× and 4×, respectively.

In addition to his leadership experience, Gladwin is also an ACLP-certified digital marketing trainer. He has previously held the appointment of adjunct digital marketing trainer.
