Gladwin Ngo is a seasoned digital marketing professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He is a results-driven leader who has worked in both digital marketing agencies and in-house marketing teams of various tech startups, including HealthTech, EduTech, and FinTech.

Currently, Gladwin serves as the Director of Performance Marketing at Crimson Education, where he manages a team of 18 performance marketers across over 10 countries. In this role, he oversees all paid digital marketing activities globally. Gladwin was also the founding member of this newly formed team and has helped grow the team’s annual revenue and size by over 10x and 4x, respectively, within just three years.

Being ACLP certified, Gladwin’s expertise extends beyond just leading teams as he has also undertaken portfolios in training, previously holding the appointment of adjunct digital marketing trainer.
