Arjay leads marketing for Consumer Banking and Wealth Management at DBS, where he is driving focus on data-driven marketing.  Prior to this, he was in the five person founding team of digital banking where he led strategy and M&A, analytics and data engineering, customer experience, marketing technology, and started Cognitive Banking. 

Earlier, Arjay led regional initiatives for DBS SME Banking and spent 12 years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company.  He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech with highest honours.  He has been living in Singapore for 16 years.
