She currently leads the communications portfolio at Sime, a partner of choice for some of the world’s most admired brands in heavy equipment and automotive in 18 countries across the Asia Pacific region. At Sime, Yee Pheng has led the Group’s communications response to crises as well as through multiple mergers and acquisition exercises, rebranding initiatives, and strategic engagements with various stakeholders. She has also played key roles in the Group’s culture transformation and change management initiatives.
