Yong Sheng brings over 10 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce. He currently collaborates with Global Fast-Growing Brands to drive e-commerce and omnichannel growth via DHL’s scalable supply chain solutions and expanding the DHL Fulfilment Network across APAC.

Previously, as a Regional Business Lead at eBay, Yong Sheng managed a multi-million-dollar business that enabled thousands of Southeast Asian SMEs to access global markets. He developed and executed strategies for category growth, business development, and account management.

Passionate about democratising international trade, Yong Sheng disrupts traditional practices through technology and aims to build a sustainable export ecosystem. He has successfully launched programmes and partnerships to accelerate seller growth, optimise operations, and enhance customer experience.
