Michelle Tay is the Executive Director of the Singapore Kindness Movement, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a kinder, more gracious society. Armed with a Master’s in Communication Management from Singapore Management University, Michelle boasts 20 years of expertise in tri-sector collaborations. She seamlessly bridges government agencies, corporations, and community groups to champion social impact, driven by the belief that kindness is everyone’s business.

Beyond her executive leadership, Michelle is a deeply committed community advocate. For the past decade, she has been volunteering with the National Environment Agency and the People’s Association. Michelle brings to the judging panel a profound understanding of purpose-driven campaigns, community mobilisation, and impactful, values-based communication.
