Ke Wei Chua is the Marketing Director, Asia at Evolution Wellness Group, one of Asia’s largest fitness operators, where she leads regional marketing across five markets and a portfolio of brands including Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness, GoFit, FireFit and CHi Fitness.

With over 15 years of experience spanning fitness, luxury retail, hospitality and technology, she has led marketing across brand, growth and customer experience, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

She partners closely with country teams to shape regional marketing strategy, driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer engagement and creating connected experiences across multiple brands and markets.

Her approach combines customer insight with commercial thinking, translating data and customer behaviour into scalable marketing strategies that connect brand, growth and customer experience.
