Julie Wong is the country general manager of Amorepacific Malaysia, where she leads strategic growth and oversees the development of six renowned K-beauty brands under one of Asia’s most prestigious beauty conglomerates — including Innisfree, Laneige and Sulwhasoo. A beauty brand architect and business start-up specialist, Julie brings over 26 years of comprehensive experience spanning sales, marketing, public relations, digital marketing, e-commerce, product development, and business development.

She has held leadership roles for more than 22 years in global beauty multinationals, including YSL Beauté, Clinique, The Body Shop, and Natura. Throughout her career, Julie has successfully built and launched four beauty brands from the ground up, expertly defining brand DNA, brand architecture, and market positioning. Her passion for the beauty industry, combined with a creative and results-driven mindset, continues to drive her commitment to building impactful brands and nurturing high-performing teams.
