Lisa Leung is a dynamic marketer with over 15 years of marketing and digital experience in the hospitality, travel, loyalty and F&B industries and at various agencies. She joined Starbucks Asia Pacific two-and-a-half years ago leading marketing and partnerships for 15 Asia Pacific markets spearheading communication, marketing transformation, digital marketing & innovations, partnerships and regional brand management efforts.

In line with Lisa’s forward-thinking approach, she led multiple new innovations and changes for Starbucks’ Asia Pacific markets, including the adoption of Web 3/NFT technology in Korea, regional partnerships with K-Pop bands (Blackpink), and loyalty-based partnerships with Grab to elevate business sales and loyalty performance. As a strategic thinker and trailblazer, she will continue to lead transformations for the brand and build closer connections with younger audiences.
