Janis Tse is the Global Director, Marketing of Plaza Premium Group, the world’s largest independent airport hospitality company. She is responsible for driving awareness, demand and advocacy for a portfolio of brands including Plaza Premium Lounge, Aerotel, Allways and the Group’s Airport Dining concepts. She oversees the Group’s global strategy and efficiency of B2B and B2C marketing communications, public relations, corporate communications, data-base marketing, partner and solution marketing across 30+ countries. She also leads the Group’s eCommerce and Rewards & Loyalty strategy to drive direct-to-consumer sales and customer lifetime value.

With 20 years of brand building and marketing experience, specializing in Travel and eCommerce, Janis held key roles for reputable travel and technology brands like Tigerair, ZUJI.com and GoBear.com. She is now based in Hong Kong at the Group’s headquarter. She is a brand builder, business transformer, and most importantly, travel lover.
