Kristie Wong is the Head of Digital for Asia Pacific at BlackRock, where she leads the region’s Digital Center of Excellence for APAC Marketing spanning web, search, email, social and mobile, and data and insights. Since assuming the role in 2022, Kristie has driven large-scale digital transformation across APAC — from launching mobile-first client engagement channels including WhatsApp and LINE, to modernizing websites across key markets, and spearheading AI-powered marketing initiatives. She is passionate about building connected, data-driven digital experiences that deliver measurable commercial impact. Based in Hong Kong, Kristie is also an active advocate for diversity and inclusion through the BlackRock Hong Kong Leadership Team and BlackRock’s Women Initiative Network & Allies
