Birgitta Tam is the Head of Customer Digital Experience of The Hong Kong Jockey Club, driving the digital transformation strategy “HKJC Smart Platform 2.0” on the end-to-end wagering customer journey from acquisition, on-boarding, engagement to CRM and customer services. She has introduced various new initiatives in HKJC to enhance the omni-channel experience, including personalized experience on betting apps, HKJC branded OTT service, FinTech ePayment solution, customer loyalty and customer self-service portal.
Birgitta is a digital experience strategist with a decade of successful experience. She leads the development of digital strategy, value proposition, roadmap and project delivery to enhance experiences for over 2 million+ customers via front-end customer experience design, content strategy, social media marketing, data analytics, AI technology and FinTech.
